I've never stayed in a Hilton - I've been to conferences hosted at their hotels though, and they look wonderful. The prices on their web sites still seem relatively high - although to be fair most Hiltons are located in very convenient places, so they can command a premium. I wonder if booking an entire package through them would work out much more economical, or if building your own is still the best way if you can accept a little less luxury.
